What's included

Everything that makes it work.

Every support is delivered by people who care about the outcome, and claimed through your NDIS plan.

One-to-one fitness support

A qualified PT plus a support worker, on a 12-week tailored program. Genuine support, in your own bay.

Small group programs

1:3 staff ratio at most. Consistent groups, real connection, transport included.

Social space

A relaxed place to connect before, between, and after sessions. Often the part participants look forward to most.

Therapy assistance

We deliver programs set by your physio or exercise physiologist, bridging the gap between the appointment and the outcome.

Goals and progress

12-week goal blocks, tracked and written in plain language to share with families and coordinators.
